For my first project at Polimoda, I conducted an in-depth brand analysis of Jil Sander, diving into every aspect of its business model, as well as examining its parent company, OTB.

 

What really stood out to me during this project was discovering the power of brand archetypes. I gained a deeper understanding of how identifying a brand’s archetype can shape its audience segmentation and communication strategy, which was a fascinating learning experience.
